Nome Glorioso Theme Type 1 Version 2.0 Description Flatnux Theme that respects XHTML 1.1 standards, in view of Facebook Connect and Google Friend Connect compatibility. It uses jQuery and jQuery UI (the whole interface of the side blocks and of sections uses the jQuery UI CSS framwork, giving the single user the possibility of choosing dynamically from any of the jQuery UI themes using the Themeswitcher gadget...).

One of the characteristics of this theme is the ajax functionality in loading the sections instead of a full page refresh.

A primitive integration with Facebook Connect is already active. I'm hoping to soon implement user registration through Facebook Connect according to the "standards" of Flatnux.

Other than loading dynamically the jQuery and jQuery UI libraries from the Google repository (which is supposed to speed up loading the libraries by taking advantage of browser cache if the single user visits other sites that do the same), this theme also gives the possibility of choosing between many other libraries that can be dynamically loaded from the Google repository, such as Yahoo UI, Prototype, scriptaculous, Mootools, Dojo... All you have to do is de-comment the lines of code in head.php.

Also included is the jQuery Tools library with its functionality of flashembed, and also a tool called 1pixeloutaudioplayer which simplifies the process of embedding audio files in your web pages.

You can find a working example on the following site:
http://www.parrocchiasanlino.org/

10-05-2010 I corrected the paths of the php includes and of the ajax calls in the javascript, and I corrected a curly bracket that was out of place in "include/autoexec.d/Facebook.php"...

Succede solo in Internet Explorer.
